Executive Assistant – Technology Investment Team

A leading global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced Technology Investment Team in New York City. About the Role

This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of investment professionals, with a primary focus on complex travel coordination, expense management, calendar support, and team coverage. The role offers significant exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to become an integral partner within a collaborative, high-achieving team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage monthly expense reporting and reconciliation
  • Provide calendar support and scheduling assistance as needed
  • Partner closely with senior Executive Assistants to provide team coverage and leverage support
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as required


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
  • Experience supporting professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
