💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Engagement Manager to support a strategic automotive client on AWS-based data transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will help drive delivery and engagement across cloud, data, and AI programs, working closely with stakeholders, consultants, engineers, and architects. You will contribute to key initiatives such as data modernization, supply chain optimization, and smart manufacturing.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of client engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders
- Manage project tracking activities including plans, risk logs, governance, and status updates
- Assist in requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and user story definition
- Monitor KPIs, usage metrics, and program health to track success and value realization
- Drive client communication, including weekly reports and executive briefings
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and pitch decks
- Ensure alignment with AWS best practices and relevant automotive use cases
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting, program management, or client-facing delivery roles
- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) – S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena, SageMaker
- Strong interest in data, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud transformation
- Understanding of automotive industry (OEM, supply chain, manufacturing, or connected vehicles)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (client-ready presentations & reporting)

- Experience with data modernization or analytics initiatives
- Knowledge of data pipelines, data lakes, or AI/ML solutions on AWS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with automotive clients or large enterprise transformation programs
