Junior Copywriter

Our client is seeking a Junior Content Copywriter to support key initiatives focused on transforming the customer claims experience within the insurance space. This role will focus on developing clear, user-friendly content across multiple digital and communication channels to improve how customers interact with claims-related information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine customer-facing content across multiple channels including website, mobile applications, email, SMS, and printed communications.
• Create copy for existing communication templates and new claims-related messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency across the customer journey.
• Improve and reorganize website content to enhance usability, readability, and the overall digital experience.
• Support updates to transactional customer experiences, including when customers file a claim, check claim status, or receive claim-related updates.
• Advocate for the customer perspective by ensuring content is simple, accessible, and easy to understand.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of content writing experience, specifically for digital channels.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical or business requirements into clear, customer-friendly content.
• Experience writing content across multiple communication channels (web, mobile, email, SMS, or print).
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups including Product, UX, and business teams.

Portfolio is required. Position is 100% onsite in the San Antonio Office and relocation is not offered. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
