Job Title: Junior Brand Coordinator (Entry-Level)

We are launching interactive community brand campaigns and live pop-up events all across the Cincy region—from Over-the-Rhine to the Banks. We are seeking professionals who want to step out of the classroom and onto the front lines of public relations and marketing.

Q: What will I actually be doing every day?


  1. Bringing Brands to Life: You will be on-site at our live events and interactive retail campaigns, representing high-profile client portfolios directly to the local public.
  2. Face-to-Face Engagement: No cold calling. You will engage face-to-face with consumers, delivering presentation pitches, answering questions, and building local brand loyalty.
  3. Campaign Logistics: You’ll coordinate with the Event Director to manage daily campaign setups, look over visual merchandising, and track foot traffic and consumer reach.
  4. Leadership Development: You will join our daily morning strategy workshops focused on business operations, public speaking, and team mechanics.
