Job Summary

The Junior Admin Officer duties include offering administrative support to our Miami team and providing all administrative tasks to the highest standard.


Responsibilities

Includes but not limited to:

  • Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate colleagues
  • Managing incoming/outgoing mail and sending of documents by courier
  • Perform basic office tasks like photocopying, printing, scanning
  • Duties to include filling, record keeping and manage office supplies
  • Maintain an organized, tidy office environment. Manage the printer, shredder etc
  • Book and manage meeting room
  • Manage notarizations, apostilles and arrange for copy certificates
  • Make appointments for BDMs when needed
  • Offering administrative support to colleagues across the organization on occasion
  • Support in any ad-hoc projects as directed


Qualifications

  • Minimum academic Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English; other languages will be a plus


Schedule:

  • 9:00AM-5:00PM
  • Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: In person
