Junior Account Representative Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Account Representative role based in San Antonio, TX. The Junior Account Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and providing training and support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client goals and contribute to overall company success is a crucial part of the role.


Junior Account Representative Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account Management and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Effective Communication and Sales skills for understanding and addressing client needs while driving business growth
  • Experience in facilitating Training and providing support to clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage


Junior Account Representative Daily Responsibilities:

  • One-on-one customer meetings
  • Foster high client satisfaction through proactive communication
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Documenting your wins in our CRM (so nothing slips through the cracks)
  • Teaming up with operations to make clients love working with us
  • Bringing in fresh accounts, boosting sales, and keeping the momentum rolling
  • Coordinating with other team members to ensure customer success
