The Opportunity
LoKation Real Estate is growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to join our team as an Agent Success Partner. In this role, you'll be the front door to LoKation. The first person a real estate agent speaks with when they're considering making a move to our brokerage. You'll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement, building genuine relationships along the way.
This is an in-office position at our Pompano Beach headquarters, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow alongside a nationally recognized, tech-forward company.

Base + uncapped commission. Target OTE for a first-year performer is $70,000, with clear room to grow.
