Junior Processor Role Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. File Intake & Setup

• Receive loan submissions from sales/loan officers
• Complete data entry in Quantum Reverse per checklist
• Upload and organize supporting documentation from Sales ShareFile
• Integrate credit reports into Quantum Reverse
• Conduct Financial Assessment review, including:
• LESA trigger confirmation
• Verification of complete financial documentation
• Residual income validation
• Validate product eligibility per lender guidelines
• Notate findings clearly for processor review

2. File Preparation for Processors

• Order title and update HOI mortgagee clause
• Ensure files are fully prepared for Processor to move loan through Funding
• Ensure files are fully prepared for Funders to move loan through Purchasing

3. Loan Officer Coordination

• Communicate with loan officers to obtain missing or incomplete initial documentation requirements
• Enforce submission checklist compliance

4. Quality Control

• Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Maintain clean, organized workflow without direct borrower interaction
