Job Title: Jr. Platform Engineer (IaC)

Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)

Clearance: Active TS/SCI required (CI Poly Preferred)

Salary: $120K – $134K

The Opportunity:

You’ll support a hybrid-cloud enterprise environment consisting of servers, workstations, storage, networking, and specialized hardware used for development and testing of a critical national system.

This is a hands-on, early-career role where you’ll build real experience in:

• Infrastructure as Code
• Automation
• Containerization
• Production systems

What You’ll Do:

• Support IaC implementations using Terraform and Ansible
• Assist with automation, scripting, and system configuration
• Work in Linux environments (RHEL) to support infrastructure operations
• Help troubleshoot system and platform issues in real environments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Contribute to documentation, configuration management, and system baselines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in STEM (Masters degree preferred)
• 2+ years of professional experience in systems, DevOps, or platform environments
• Linux experience (RHEL preferred)
• Exposure to IaC or automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, scripting)
• Basic understanding of containers or cloud environments
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Active TS/SCI Required (CI Poly Preferred)
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred:

• Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
• Scripting (Python, Bash)
• Git or CI/CD tools
