The Opportunity: Growth & CompensationWe invest in your success from day one. This is a Temporary-to-Hire position designed to transition you into a fully licensed professional within your first four months.
Year 1 OTE (On-Target Earnings): $50,000 – $80,000+
The Roadmap:
Phase 1 (Training): $20.00/hr while you learn the ropes and study for your exams.
Phase 2 (Licensed): Transition to $16.90/hr + Commission (typically within the first 120 days).

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!).
As a Trainee, you are the face of the company for our prospective clients. You will:
Qualify & Connect: Serve as the first point of contact, qualifying borrowers and guiding them through the initial stages of their loan journey.
Master the Handoff: Ensure a seamless transition of "warm" leads to our Senior Licensed Loan Officers.
Stay Sharp: Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and provide professional, responsive communication throughout the day.

The Background: Recent college graduates or individuals with experience in high-volume sales, debt collection, or retail/hospitality who want to transition into finance.
