About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive who is eager to launch or accelerate their sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a phone-driven, full-cycle sales role where you’ll work to create free trials for established government contractors, while learning how to demo, negotiate, and close deals.


You’ll be supported by a proven sales process, hands-on training, giving you a strong foundation to succeed early.


This role starts in our Austin office and can transition to hybrid/remote after onboarding with proven success.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, proposing, and closing
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups with trial users and leads
  • Deliver live demos (screen share) of the BidPrime platform
  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B prospects across various industries
  • Understand client needs and position BidPrime as a solution
  • Track all activity in CRM with detailed notes
  • Educate prospects on government contracting opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Willingness to make cold and warm outbound calls daily
  • Coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
  • High energy with a strong work ethic
  • Curious mindset—asks questions and seeks to understand customer needs
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
