Job Title: Java Camunda Developer
Duration: 18 Month W2 Contract
Location: Chandler, AZ
Required Pay Scale:$60-65/hour
Job Summary:
Seeking a
Backend Java Developer with strong Camunda/BPM experience to support and enhance the
TMO/TSA (Trusted Media Library) application. This system evaluates artifacts and generates a
trust response indicating whether they are considered trustworthy by the organization. The role focuses heavily on backend development, workflow orchestration, and system refactoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Trusted Media Library (TMO/TSA) application.
- Work on workflow orchestration using Camunda (or similar BPM tools) to manage trust evaluation processes.
- Perform significant refactoring and modernization of existing application components.
- Implement and enhance algorithms that analyze artifacts and generate trust responses.
- Integrate with open-source data sources and external systems to support trust evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient backend solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability of backend services.
Required Skills:- Strong Java backend development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (or strong understanding of workflow engines/BPM concepts).
- Solid knowledge of workflow design and orchestration (BPMN preferred).
- Experience working with Oracle databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in refactoring and improving legacy systems.
- Experience building and optimizing backend-only systems (no UI/frontend work required).
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Camunda-based architecture and integrations.
- Familiarity with trust/validation systems or rule-based engines.
- Exposure to open-source integrations and data processing systems.
- Experience working in enterprise or financial services environments.
Key Notes:- This is a backend-only role (no frontend/UI development).
- Heavy emphasis on Camunda workflows and backend architecture.
- Ideal candidate understands complex workflow-driven systems, even if Camunda experience is indirect
