Janitorial Worker

Job Title: Janitorial / Custodial Associate (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial / Custodial Associate to join our Shine (6S) Team at our York Campus. This role is heavily focused on cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of restrooms, locker rooms, and high-traffic areas within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workplace and understands the importance of cleanliness in production settings.

• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms, including:
  • Multiple toilets and urinals
  • Showers
  • Locker and changing areas
• Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors
• Remove trash, debris, and industrial waste
• Assist with general cleanup of production and shop areas
• Support 6S/“Shine” standards by ensuring facility cleanliness at all times
• Perform light general labor duties such as shoveling, painting touch-ups, or moving materials as needed
• Follow all safety rules and cleaning procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.56 - $24.56/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
