Full Time Cleaning Position Available in North Chicago, IL
Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Bi-Weekly Pay, 40 Hours per Week
The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.
Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms.
Compensation & Hours:
- B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $18/hour.
- Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5pm-1:30am
Responsibilities:
- Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
- Respond to emergency tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
Requirements
- Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
- Fluent in English
- Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
- Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, and documents within google drive from both a computer and smart phone.
