  • Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in production areas, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and high-touch surfaces.
  • Temporarily clean up packaging materials and minor construction debris as the facility continues to build out.
  • Operate floor maintenance equipment such as floor scrubbers, ride-on machines, and side-by-side equipment as needed.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of assigned areas to identify cleaning needs and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and tasks to complete all assigned duties during the shift.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment and promptly notify the supervisor when items need to be reordered.
  • Follow established safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Adapt to changing facility needs as production grows, including adjusting cleaning routines and priorities.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding issues, maintenance needs, or areas requiring additional attention.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in janitorial or custodial work.
  • Strong preference for experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.

  • Strong sense of ownership for the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
  • Ability to participate in and successfully complete at least a video interview.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Floor maintenance experience using floor scrubbers, ride-on equipment, or side-by-side machines.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with evolving layouts and processes.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for a weekend-focused schedule.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors regarding supplies and facility needs.
Why Work Here?

You will join a growing operation at an early stage, giving you the opportunity to grow your career as the custodial team expands to multiple shifts and a larger headcount. The role offers a stable full-time schedule with predictable hours and minimal overtime, supporting a healthy work-life balance. You will work in a modern manufacturing environment with the tools and equipment you need to do your job effectively, and you will have clear responsibilities and autonomy in your daily work.

Work Environment

This role is based entirely on-site in a large, modern manufacturing facility. The position follows a weekend-focused schedule of Saturday through Wednesday, working approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a 40-hour workweek with almost no overtime.
