The JPMorgan Wealth Management Statements & Tax Product team defines and executes on the strategy for 2 client facing reporting products that impact 5+ million investment account holders and drives a budget of approximately 12 million dollars annually spread across 3 distinct technology teams covering 7 scrum team.

The Product Associate role supports the Statements and Tax Product by working closely with product managers, delivery managers and stakeholders to ensure technical and functional initiative requirements are defined and socialized with key business partners. 

 

As the product associate on the Wealth Management Statements & Tax team, you will drive the statement and tax product controls agenda, ensure the product is properly operating with the control set by the JPMorgan Wealth Management Product & business organizations. Ensure the product team’s adherence to portfolio standards, business controls, and regulatory/compliance requirements through ongoing monitoring and guidance

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide issue triage support, stepping in to investigate, coordinate remediation efforts, and resolve critical problems as they arise
  • Create high-quality presentation materials and facilitate monthly meetings to communicate status, risks, and strategic updates to key stakeholders
  • Leverage tools such as Jira and Jira Align to track work items, monitor progress, and contribute to the socialization of accurate status reporting through portfolio forums
  • Conduct regular weekly meetings with the team’s product managers to support roadmap development, align priorities, and maintain visibility into ongoing initiatives
  • Attend intake meetings with external partners and internal product managers to help evaluate, process, and support the onboarding of new work requests for the product area
  • Maintain and organize team documentation on shared platforms (e.g., team sites or drives) to ensure readiness for internal audits and ease of access across the team
  • Administer and update cabinet member information on internal websites and directories to ensure key stakeholders are accurately represented and easily identifiable to internal teams and external partners
  • Support overall product governance by coordinating processes, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across legal, risk, compliance, and controls 

 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

 

  • Prior experience in a wealth management industry
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
  • Expertise in business requirements writing and communication.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase
  • Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure

 

Licenses & Education

  • FINRA Series 99 within 120 days
  • Undergraduate degree
