Item Master Data Analyst (IMD Analyst)

Onsite: Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Item Master Data Analyst to support cross-functional teams including Engineering, Materials, and Supply Chain. This role offers hands-on experience with engineering systems, product data management, inventory processes, and procurement activities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with item master data cleanup, organization, and standardization
• Support data entry, validation, and maintenance within ERP systems
• Aid in engineering item setup and data alignment within CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks)
• Collect, organize, and maintain engineering documentation and records
• Capture and manage standardized product images for internal systems
• Support purchasing activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders (POs)
• Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate material availability and data integrity
• Provide administrative and project support across engineering and operations teams

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in engineering systems, data management, and process improvement
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus
• Exposure to ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
