One of our clients, an International IT support & solutions serving the automotive industry is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Japanese English Bilingual Technical Recruiter to join the team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. Main Responsibilities;

• Partner with hiring managers and define job requirements and technical hiring needs

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical + cultural fit

• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools

• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process

• Negotiate offers and support onboarding

• Stay current with tech trends and talent market insights

• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders

• Provide admininstrative support


Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field

• Experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools

• Ability to manage multiple roles in a dynamic environment

• Background in software, engineering, data science, or cybersecurity is plus

• Japanese-English bilingual skills

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary. Occasionally, this position may require additional hours based on job demands.


While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing.
