IT Support Technician

Our IT team is small, which means what you build and fix matters. No disappearing into a ticket queue here.

What You Will Own

You will be the first person our team calls when something is not working, and the person building the tools that prevent it from breaking again.

Support and Operations

• Be the first point of contact for IT support through our Ripple Service Portal, owning tickets from intake through resolution with clear communication the whole way
• Provision and deprovision Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and mailboxes including Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Teams
• Support our Windows and macOS users’ day to day, including MDM-managed devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and document what you found so the next person does not start from zero
• Help run smooth employee onboarding and offboarding because first impressions matter and so do last ones
• Maintain accurate asset records and keep our knowledge base up to date

Development and Project Work

• Lead hands-on development of a FileMaker-based database to support our ERP transition. This is a priority project with real business impact and we need you invested in it
• Build and integrate a Gemini AI interface into that database to surface insights and streamline workflows
• Write and improve PowerShell and Python scripts for M365 admin tasks and internal automation
• Build Power Automate flows that reduce manual handoffs across teams
• Contribute to a growing library of internal tools as our development needs expand

What We Are Looking For

• 1 or more years of IT support or helpdesk experience in an MSP, internal IT, or similar environment. Recent grads with strong internship or lab experience are welcome
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, and Teams
• Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS users
• A systematic approach to troubleshooting. You don't just fix it, you understand why it broke
• Clear and patient communication with people who are not technical
• Familiarity with Google AI tools like Gemini or Google AI Studio, or genuine curiosity about integrating AI into real workflows
• Associate's or Bachelor's in IT, CompTIA A+ or similar cert, or equivalent hands-on experience

Bonus points for scripting experience in PowerShell or Python, hands-on FileMaker experience, MDM or Intune familiarity, Power Automate experience, or anything you have built on your own time just because you wanted to.
