Title: Technology Sourcing / Procurement Specialist

We're looking for a Technology Sourcing / Procurement Specialist for a short-term contract sourcing initiatives across hardware, software, and IT services. This role sits at the center of procurement operations—partnering closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage the sourcing lifecycle from intake through contract execution.
This is a highly visible, fast-paced role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end technology procurement processes (RFPs, approvals, PO processing) across hardware, software, and services
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the sourcing process
- Manage vendor relationships and serve as a point of contact for procurement-related activities
- Lead or support sourcing initiatives from bid preparation through contract execution
- Draft and manage contract documentation (amendments, supporting docs, etc.)
- Evaluate vendor proposals (quantitative and qualitative analysis) and support decision-making
- Ensure contract files and documentation are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Identify and drive process improvements across sourcing and procurement workflows
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- ~4+ years of experience in technology sourcing / procurement
- Experience managing RFPs and sourcing initiatives end-to-end (market research through vendor selection)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation)
- Advanced Excel skills and overall proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with technology contracts (SaaS, cloud, software licensing, hardware, professional services)
- Familiarity with contract structures (MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.)
- Experience interpreting and working with legal agreements
