SOUND Behavioral Health is growing, and we are hiring an IT Service Desk Field Technician in Tukwila, WA!
This technician will provide frontline Tier 1 technical support to end-users at Sound and its partner agencies. The Field Technician is a customer-facing role, serving as our department's first line of support.
The Field Technician defines technical problems and works with team members to resolve them promptly and/or determine solutions, with the support of Tier 2 for resolution as needed. This person also performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance the overall technologies utilized by the organization.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Location: This is an in-office position split between our Tukwila office and various locations throughout King County.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for three or more hours a day and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards. Individuals must be able to engage people over the phone and in person by voice. The individual in this Job is regularly required to use hands, reach with hands and arms, and is frequently required to stand, sit, and stoop or kneel, and may need to lift 25 pounds on occasion. The individual is required to visit various locations and walk on a regular basis. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires working at various properties and on a varied schedule.
