The IT Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for all City technology needs, providing friendly, Tier 1 support in person, by phone, email, and through our IT Service Management system. You’ll triage requests, resolve issues, and escalate more complex matters to the IT Technician team, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience with a wide range of systems, from troubleshooting computers and mobile devices to supporting software, printers, AV equipment, and City-wide copiers. You’ll also help with equipment inventory, installations, and user training, making a real difference in the day-to-day productivity of our organization.
