IT Service Desk Administrator Intern (Summer)

Location: Glastonbury, CT (Onsite)

Mitsubishi Power Aero LLC is seeking a Summer IT Service Desk Administrator Intern to support internal users with day-to-day technical issues. This role offers hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Assisting with account setup and basic network configuration
• Logging and tracking IT support tickets
• Providing on-site and remote support as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an IT or related degree program
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 11 is a plus
