Under general direction, the Helpdesk Technician Intern will work cohesively with all departments in providing OCERS team members and management with high-quality and effective technology solutions and support. This role contributes to the exceptional and efficient administration of the system by addressing a wide range of helpdesk inquiries and issues. You will gain invaluable experience with industry-leading technology solutions and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment. The Helpdesk Technician Intern will report directly to the IT Operations Manager.
