Praxis Computing is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-sized businesses with their IT infrastructure. Founded in 1992, our focus has always been the same: exceptional customer service and a collaborative technical team.
Unlike many IT companies where technicians are siloed, our team works together daily, sharing knowledge and learning from each other. Many of our senior engineers started in this role and grew with us.
What You'll Do
You'll provide help desk support for businesses using Windows and macOS environments, helping users resolve technical issues and maintain their systems.

Location
This position is in-office in Culver City during training and then hybrid with two days a week remote with occasional visits to client sites.
We believe mentorship, collaboration, and technical growth happen best when people work together. Our technicians regularly collaborate with engineers to solve complex problems and expand their skills.
