IT Contracts Manager

PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in the Fort Lauderdale area is seeking an experienced IT Contracts Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between IT, Purchasing, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure all technology agreements align with business, legal, and financial requirements. This role is pivotal in driving cost transparency and supporting strategic technology initiatives through expert negotiation and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, update, and administer the full portfolio of IT contracts (SaaS, Cloud, Licensing, SOWs, and SLAs).

  • Negotiation & Award: Lead negotiations on terms and pricing; recommend award decisions and process contract modifications.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage the workflow of agreements between Legal, Risk, and Purchasing to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers to clarify terms and resolve disputes.

  • Financial Oversight: Partner with IT Leadership to improve forecast accuracy, cost transparency, and value realization.

  • Compliance: Monitor contract performance and ensure timely renewals to prevent service interruptions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in contract lifecycle management, specifically supporting IT procurement or tech operations.

  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

    • Lawson experience (highly preferred).

    • Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITFM/ITAM), Power BI, and ITIL/COBIT frameworks.

  • Licensing: Valid Florida Driver’s License; ability to work a flexible schedule and travel.

Required Competencies
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription models, and cloud service agreements.

  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage complex workflows under delegated authority.
