Position: IT Audit/SOX Analyst

Compensation: $45 - $50/hour, depending on experience

Location: Katy, Texas

Join an exciting opportunity as an IT Audit/SOX Analyst, focusing on SOX compliance and IT audits. This role offers a dynamic environment where innovation and flexibility are key. The company is seeking a proactive individual to help ensure compliance and drive improvements in their IT audit processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct SOX compliance audits and IT audits
• Analyze and assess IT systems and controls
• Identify risks and propose solutions
• Collaborate with teams to improve audit processes
• Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations
• Support the implementation of audit recommendations
• Work independently and manage audit projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of IT audit experience
• Proficiency in SOX compliance
• Experience with Big 4 or large public accounting firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a dynamic and flexible work environment
• Knowledge of innovative audit techniques
