This IP Litigation Attorney role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes involving emerging technologies while developing expertise in patent litigation strategy. Key Responsibilities
• Participate in case strategy development for complex patent litigation matters
• Conduct detailed factual and legal research related to infringement, validity, and damages
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and expert discovery
• Assist with pre-trial preparation and trial proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and clients on litigation strategy
• Support matters before U.S. District Courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board

Qualifications
• 2–6 years of experience as an IP Litigation Attorney or Patent Litigation Attorney
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or physics
• Experience in U.S. District Court and PTAB proceedings
• Familiarity with patent infringement, validity, and damages issues
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• ITC experience is a plus
