This role sits within the Investor Relations team, but is focused on internal operations, data, CRM and reporting analytics. It will involve coordinating projects, enhancing reporting, and helping the team get more value from the tools and systems they already use.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve the firm’s reporting processes and data organization
- Help manage and enhance LP portals and internal systems
- Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Assist with automation and process improvements
- Work with different teams to ensure information is accurate and easy to access
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to strengthen the firm’s data and reporting capabilities
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years experience in a data/portfolio/operations focused role, within Financial Services
- Experience with tools like Allvue or Chronograph is helpful but not essential
- Interest or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus
- Looking to stay in a hands-on, operational role long-term rather than moving into a client-facing position
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
