We are working with the CEO of a Real Estate Investment firm based in Rockland County, NY. They are looking for a dynamic Investor Relations Associate to join their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including executive visibility!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and disseminate investor updates, quarterly reports, capital call notices, distribution notices, and ad‑hoc communications
- Draft clear, concise, and investor-ready emails, letters, and summaries
- Prepare and update pitchbooks, property summaries, presentations, and market updates
- Support CEO with investor communications (updates, presentations, and ad hoc notices)
- Coordinate quarterly investor reporting from draft to final approval
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- 3+ years of Investor Relations experience within Real Estate OR private equity
- Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts
- Expert Excel skills and advanced exposure to AI and Business Intelligence tools
COMPENSATION:
$105,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
