- Must have strong investment domain experience working with UI/UX teams focusing on a great user experience, Wireframing ideally with Figma. Systems and Data analysis experience is a HUGE plus!
- Passion for digital innovation and enhancing client experience through technology
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital client experience projects, within investment management or financial services.
- Strong domain knowledge of client investment operations, portfolio management, or outsourced investment officer services.
- Demonstrated ability to work beyond traditional requirements gathering by actively engaging stakeholders to identify client needs and co-create digital solutions.
- Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to deliver user centric digital platforms.
- Wireframing experience (ideally with Figma) is a solid plus!
- Hands on experience with FactSet-style wireframe constructed in Figma is a strong plus
- Experience with data visualization tools or investment analytics platforms is a plus

This role requires a strong emphasis on digital client experience, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deeply understand client needs and identify innovative digital solutions. The successful candidate will have domain expertise in investment services and proven experience in similar digital transformation projects, including close collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams
