Internship Structure: As a Summer Analyst, you will have hands-on experience with live client transactions and be fully immersed as part of a day-to-day deal execution team. The internship program is designed to provide rising Seniors an opportunity to gain direct exposure to the innerworkings of an M&A advisory firm. BrightTower will offer a competitive internship salary, as well as the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment upon graduation.


Internship Role: BrightTower is looking for highly motivated individuals to join the firm as Summer Analysts. Successful candidates will play an important role in supporting live M&A deals, interfacing with senior executives internally and at clients and industry leading market participants. Analysts are expected to develop insightful analyses and graphics, communicate and present effectively, and build professional relationships. You will have the opportunity for hands-on learning, regular mentoring, and career advancement. Notably, several of our senior bankers began with our team as junior members.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in day-to-day deal execution and help coordinate flow of information between all parties
  • Analyze detailed financial information and conduct due diligence
  • Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses
  • Perform in-depth research on industry trends, specific companies and investors, and precedent transactions
  • Create high-quality deliverables for prospective and current clients, including pitches, management presentations, and other selling materials


Qualifications:

  • High-performing GPA (3.5+)
  • Rising Senior (as of Summer 2027) at a full-time university
  • Completion of basic finance and accounting courses
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, proactivity, and an eagerness to learn
  • Strong desire to be part of a team-oriented entrepreneurial culture
