Investment Associate Intern (MBA/Master)

ADIP Capital
New York, NY

About Us

We are a high-growth family office operating at a high pace across public and private markets, with investments spanning diverse sectors. We work internationally, manage complex operations, and move fast. For our public market fund, we are looking for an Investment Associate Intern who is a first-principles thinker with an “AI-first” mindset to help shape the future of our investments.

What You’ll Do

  • Thesis Development: Partner directly with the founding team to architect and refine the fund’s investment framework across specific themes.
  • End-to-End Research: Lead comprehensive due diligence. You will synthesize complex data into high-conviction investment memos that drive capital allocation.
  • AI Strategy & Integration: Act as a lead architect in modernizing our investment workflow. You will evaluate, test, and implement automation tools to enhance research depth and efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA or Master of Finance program.
  • 2–5 years of experience at a leading institution (e.g., management consulting with a PE/valuation focus, hedge funds, private equity, or investment banking).
  • You possess a "founder's mentality." You are a self-directed operator comfortable building frameworks from scratch and driving execution independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a strong foundation in financial modeling and valuation. You can translate complex data into a clear commercial narrative.
  • You are tech-curious and love to leverage AI tools and automation to 10x your analytical output.

What We Offer

  • This role is based in our New York City office (hybrid schedule, 2–3 days on-site).
  • Work directly with the founding team with a seat at the table during the decision-making process.
  • This is a non-exempt, temporary 10-week internship (40 hours/week). Compensation: $35–$70 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Potential for an extended internship during the academic year.
