Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and scientific services industry, is seeking an Inventory Manager to join their team. As an Inventory Manager, you will be supporting regional sales and customer operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory levels at customer sites.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders for stock replenishment based on inventory levels and plans.
  • Unpack and verify incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
  • Address discrepancies through communication with sales representatives and customer contacts.
  • Support regional sales teams with order entry, expediting, customer service calls, return authorizations, and backorder processing.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management and customer service preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a self-directed environment.
