Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
About the Role
We are a fast-growing hardware company building and assembling high-performance products. We’re looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to take ownership of inventory accuracy and ensure our assembly team always has the parts they need to operate efficiently.
This role is critical to daily operations—you will be responsible for receiving, tracking, organizing, and kitting components used in production.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, open boxes, and verify contents against purchase orders
- Accurately count, inspect, and document all incoming inventory
- Enter and maintain inventory records in internal systems
- Organize and store parts in a clean, structured manner
- Pull and kit components for assembly builds
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock before shortages occur
- Perform routine cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization across all inventory
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen (required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Reliable, consistent, and process-oriented
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Bachelor’s degree from a strong university (e.g., UC system or similar) in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
- Operations / Logistics
- Industrial Engineering
- 0–2 years experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations
- Internship experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Experience with inventory management systems
