  • Responsible for warehouse functions to include unloading and unpacking shipments, inbound
    processing, scanning and shelving of parts, pulling orders, and data entry into computerized
    inventory control system.
  • Ensure traceability with full documented chain of custody from vendor to user, including strict management of lot numbers for all reagents and controlled products used. 
  • Maintain inventory, ensure accurate inventory records and support monthly/annual physical
    inventory
  • Inspect and verify deliveries; reconcile invoices against POs, check cost and quantities
    received/ordered
  • Quarantine incoming supplies as needed until labeled, color-coded and released for use
  • Maintain supply release system for QC release of product
  • Perform emergency lot pull and product recalls as needed
  • Ensure at-risk inventory is removed from use before expiration
  • Handle and track non-conforming products and supplies as needed
  • Become knowledgeable in CBR Materials work instructions and standard operating procedures to
    support material functions as needed
  • As business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime
  • This role ensures that only approved materials are used in production, maintaining full traceability and adherence to GMP standards to guarantee the safety and purity of final products 
  • Become involved with specialty teams and other departments as needed.  I.e.: Safety Team, Documents representative, cross training
