The Inventory Associate supports manufacturing operations by accurately receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping materials and products, while also assisting in the assembly of medical devices in a clean, regulated environment. Responsibilities
You will contribute directly to life-saving medical devices that support cardiology and pulmonary functions, offering a deeply meaningful and rewarding sense of purpose. The organization is growing and scaling production following FDA approval of a key device, creating opportunities to be part of an exciting expansion. The site offers a small, family-oriented atmosphere where employees know one another and help shape the culture as the team grows. The impact of the work is visible and personal, with patient stories and visits that highlight how these devices change lives and bring a strong sense of pride to the workplace.
Work Environment
This role is based in a small manufacturing and warehouse environment with approximately 40 full-time employees. The facility includes a clean, organized production area and a cleanroom where assemblers work seated while handling small parts and medical device components. Work is performed on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with openness to occasional mandatory weekend work depending on business needs. The environment involves regular interaction with inventory systems such as ERP or SAP, RF scanners, and standard warehouse equipment for receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
