Role Description:


Pain Treatment MD is seeking a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Interventional Pain Physician to join our rapidly growing private practice in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a physician-led organization focused on high-quality interventional pain care with significant growth potential, excellent work-life balance, and future ASC ownership/buy-in opportunity.


Position Highlights:

• Four-day work week

• Base salary: $400,000 – $450,000+ annually, depending on experience

• Performance-based bonuses and Production-Based RVU Model on top of base salary

• Opportunity for ASC ownership/buy-in

• Established and growing referral base and dedicated marketing team

• Expanding practice with multiple clinic locations in Arkansas (Bryant, Hot Springs Village and expansions later this year)

• Dedicated support from experienced nurse practitioners (APRN) and clinical staff

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks
  • No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities NO CALL

Candidate Requirements:

• MUST be Fellowship-Trained in Interventional Pain Management

• MUST be Board Certified

• Background in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty

• Strong procedural and clinical interventional skills

• Motivated team player interested in long-term growth and an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice growth and potential ownership

Additional Qualifications:


  • Strong foundation in Anesthesiology and Pain Management
  • Expertise in Spine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing pain-related conditions in the field of Medicine
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine is required
  • Active medical license in the state of Arkansas or eligibility to obtain one
  • Outstanding communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialties
  • Strong procedural proficiency and clinical judgment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice growth and potential ownership
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment
