Internet Lead Sales Specialist (Automotive Sourcing Concierge)

PrideStaff is seeking a high-energy, process-driven Internet Lead Sales Specialist to join an elite automotive brokerage and sourcing group. This is a high-impact role for a sales-minded professional who thrives on conversion, relationship building, and high-volume lead management.

Unlike a traditional dealership role, you will act as the "gatekeeper of deal flow," qualifying clients and driving them into active deals for the broker team through an extensive network of 350+ franchise partners.

Role Overview

  • Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 base salary + performance-based commissions.
  • Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ with strong performance.
  • Status: Temp-to-Hire (TTH).
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Location: In-Office (Watchung, NJ).

Key Responsibilities
  • Speed-to-Lead Excellence: Respond to all inbound leads within 5 minutes during working hours using a "Call first, text immediately" sequence.

  • Lead Qualification: Identify vehicle interest, timeline, and budget while setting expectations on the broker model.

  • Pipeline Management: Categorize leads (Hot, Warm, Cold) and capture vital data including trade-in info and credit range.

  • Deal Handoff: Facilitate "warm handoffs" by introducing qualified clients to sales representatives via group text.

  • Consistent Follow-Up: Own the "follow-up machine," utilizing personalized texts and strategic calls to ensure no lead goes untouched for 24 hours.

  • CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring every interaction is logged with clear, actionable notes.

  • Experienced: Previous experience in automotive sales, brokerage, or high-volume BDC environments is preferred.
