BioMarin will continue to focus on advancing therapies that are the first or best of their kind.The BioMarin Summer Internship Program will enable students to gain valuable experience andinsight into the pharmaceutical/biotech industryinaddition toknowledge of the processes and systems within BioMarin.Over the course of 10 -12weekstheinterngainspharmaceuticalindustry experience while working alongside our talented teamofprofessionalsonmeaningful projects.TheSkeletalConditions(SC)Business Unit(BU)Intern will have the unique opportunity toassistwith the development and execution of a project designed toimpactUS customers, both patients with rare disease and the physicianswhoprovide care for those patients.Additionally, theSC BU Internwillcollaborate cross-functionallywith the Clinical Coordinator team, Field Sales Team, BU Strategy/Operations team, and other partnerstoassess and enhance current processes and initiatives.JOB DESCRIPTION/PROJECT:As a member of the US Skeletal Conditions Business Unit team, this internshipoffers firsthand experience evaluating new business opportunities and making meaningful recommendations to effectively deliver the right education to the right stakeholders. This role provides an immersion in pharmaceuticalstrategy,and this individual will work closely withcross-functionalteam members. Project workand responsibilities may include:

Evaluateutilizationof patient facing marketing materials, prioritize needs, and develop initiativesto increase usage of existing pieces.

Qualifications/Eligibility:
Currently enrolled in a full-time MBAorrelevant graduate program
Must be available to workfull time,40 hoursa week.
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program.
Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles.
