The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy, and understands the importance of handling confidential information. They should be proactive, reliable, and interested in learning about human resources and administrative processes. Prior experience in a professional office setting with data entry, scanning, or document management is highly desired. MINIMUM AND DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent; and be currently enrolled in a college Master's Degree level program. Individuals currently enrolled in a college Bachelor's Degree level program are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
