Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our Charlotte‑based HR team. This summer internship (3 months with option to extend) offers hands‑on exposure to strategic, enterprise‑level HR initiatives and the opportunity to work directly with the Director of HR and a team of highly experienced HR Business Partners.
This is not a “shadowing” internship — you will contribute meaningfully to real HR projects that influence how the business operates, develops talent, and drives change.
What You’ll Work On
As an HR Intern, you will support and contribute to several high‑impact HR initiatives, including:
Data alignment and reporting
Early Talent Programs
Change Management
Talent Management
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and gain exposure to how HR supports leaders across the business.
