The Marketing Intern will support our Events Team in planning and executing our presence at industry tradeshows and events, contributing to smooth logistics, consistent brand representation, and meaningful engagement that supports revenuedriving opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating event presence for trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events
- Help support event logistics such as communicating with vendors, tracking inventory, preparing marketing materials, coordinating shipments, and assisting on site
- Help manage event calendars, timelines, and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with lead capture, data entry, and postevent reporting
- Coordinate branded materials, swag, and promotional assets
- Provide general administrative support to the Events and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Interest in event marketing, brand strategy, and B2B marketing
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
The hourly rate for this role will range between $22.00 and $23.00. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
