Unique Skills:
Ideal candiates will be able to read and interpret basic blueprints, installation drawings, task cards, and work instructions with coaching. Learn to identify part numbers, hardware callouts, and revision levels. Accurately complete work order documentation, task sign‑offs (where authorized), and computer entries for work performed. Follow all FAA, company, and safety policies, escalating discrepancies to a lead or supervisor.
The Interior Installer Technician I is an entry‑level, hands‑on role focused on supporting aircraft interior installations and removals, modification, and refurbishment work under close supervision. This position is designed to build foundational technical skills, safety awareness, and familiarity with aircraft interior systems, tooling, and documentation. The Technician I is expected to learn standard processes and demonstrate growing competence while relying on guidance from senior technicians and leads.
Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Applicable installation, fabrication or related experience or trade school preferred. .
