Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent’s law firm client has an immediate need for a litigation counsel. This can be part time or full time.
Overview: Litigation Counsel
Company: Boutique Litigation Firm – Dallas Office
Experience: 5+ years of Commercial Litigation Practice
Location: Dallas, TX Office - hybrid
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters
- Discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy
- Manage fact development, expert coordination, and trial preparation as needed
- Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys to advance cases efficiently and strategically
- Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel in a professional and pragmatic manner
- Assist with case assessments, litigation strategy, and settlement discussions as appropriate
Qualifications Include:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5–10+ years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on commercial litigation ideally in energy, chemical, and industrial matters
- Prior law firm experience required – BigLaw ideal
- Demonstrated experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
