Critical Work Responsibilities Include:
- Apply� advanced� analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and� partner screening� operations, including organizational productivity and program� performance,� mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.�
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations.�
- Conduct in-depth studies and� execute� projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes.�
- Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases,� produce� reports and briefings for internal and partner agency� use,� mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.�
- Effectively communicate complex findings to executive leadership through clear, persuasive oral and written formats including briefings, reports, charts, and other analytical products.�

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or Associate’s Degree� 8 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience).
