Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate - Life Sciences

Our client is a global Am law 100 firm, seeking a life science patent litigation associate for its Boston, New York and Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is $260k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of patent litigation experience involving life sciences companies.
• Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline [chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering or biological engineering or related] is required.
• Past experience with litigation involving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or medical devices preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
