Intellectual Property Paralegal

Working with a top law firm (well known, best in class) seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Paralegal with ITC experience. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters with hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, including trial prep with a renowned team. Hybrid!

Key Responsibilities

• Support cases from inception through trial
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Manage large document productions and eDiscovery
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, and trial materials
• Assist with federal court filings and USPTO post-grant proceedings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP litigation paralegal experience
• Strong background in IP litigation (patents, trademarks, trade secrets)
• Experience with federal court procedures and e-filing
• Familiarity with USPTO post-grant filings required
• eDiscovery experience (Relativity a plus)
• 4 year degree or Paralegal certificate
