Role Overview

We are seeking a mature, highly experienced Administrative Professional to join our home care team. This role is primarily responsible for the seamless onboarding of new patients. 

The ideal candidate is someone who prides themselves on accuracy, possesses a deep understanding of the home care industry, and can manage complex data with zero margin for error.

 

Schedule & Hours

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • A stable, consistent weekday schedule


Key Responsibilities

Patient Onboarding:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new families, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism.

Data Management:

  • Utilize Advanced Excel to track patient status, manage schedules, and maintain meticulous records.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all state-mandated and agency-specific paperwork is completed accurately and filed according to regulations.

Quality Control:

  • Review files to ensure no mistakes are made during the transition from inquiry to active care.


Required Qualifications

Industry Experience:

  • Proven experience specifically within Home Care or Healthcare Administration.

Technical Mastery:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, and organization) is non-negotiable.

Professional Maturity:

  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and lead the onboarding process with confidence.

Attention to Detail:

  • An "eagle eye" for detail; someone who double-checks your work to ensure it is error-free, is a must.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and clinical staff.

Language Requirement:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
