Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intake Attorney position located in Richardson, TX. The Intake Attorney will be responsible for being the first contact with the law firm, to explain our services and how to best assist potential clients. They will be providing general legal advice and guidance, conducting legal research, evaluating potential clients and cases, and assisting in the initial intake process for new clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying and assessing clients' legal needs, drafting preliminary legal documents, and working closely with the legal team to ensure proper case handling and progression.
